This seven-part live stream series was a strategic initiative designed to establish Wahyoo as the definitive educational partner for Warteg and warung makan owners, driving long-term engagement and platform adoption. It was a substantial content investment requiring sustained creative oversight and management.
As the Creative Manager, my core responsibility was to define the entire educational value proposition and guarantee flawless, high-quality execution across the entire series lifespan. My focus was on directorial oversight and strategic resource deployment.
I initiated the project by mapping out the curricular strategy. This meant more than just picking topics; it involved designing a logical, progressive learning path (the 7-part sequence) that guaranteed maximum utility and stickability for the audience. I then directed the content team to develop the narrative arcs for each episode, ensuring all material was delivered in an accessible, jargon-free style specifically tailored to the micro-entrepreneur.
