The “ESB Bubur Ayam Talk” podcast was a truly engaging venture, blending the casual, conversational style of a podcast with serious, high-value discussions on topics critical to entrepreneurs and business owners. From branding and funding strategies to the nitty-gritty of running a successful enterprise, this project was all about democratizing knowledge and delivering actionable insights from those who’ve walked the talk. What made it particularly rewarding was the opportunity to consistently connect with industry titans and seasoned professionals, fostering in-depth conversations that went beyond surface-level advice.

 

My approach to this project centered on content curation and conversational design. It wasn’t about rigid scripts; it was about creating a conducive environment for genuine, free-flowing dialogue. This meant thorough research into each guest’s background and expertise, identifying key areas where their experience could truly shine and provide maximum value to our listeners. We structured each episode to tackle specific challenges faced by businesses, ensuring that whether the topic was securing seed funding or navigating brand evolution, the discussion was always practical, relevant, and inspiring.

 

As the creative lead, my primary responsibility was to ensure that the podcast maintained its authentic, “bubur ayam talk” vibe while consistently delivering on its promise of insightful business education.
